Millennium Pallets provides pallet manufacturing, recycling, and related services. While we strive for accuracy, product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

4. Custom Orders
For custom pallet orders, once specifications are agreed upon and production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of custom specifications.

5. Heat Treatment and Compliance
Our heat-treated pallets comply with ISPM 15 regulations. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the pallets meet their specific shipping requirements.

6. Pallet Buyback Program
Participation in our pallet buyback program is subject to our inspection and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any pallets that do not meet our quality standards.

7. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For pickup services, customers must ensure safe and accessible loading areas.

8. Payment Terms
Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

9. Warranty and Liability
We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including designs, logos, and custom pallet specifications, are the property of Millennium Pallets and protected by copyright laws.
